It's a brand new day!

I haven't done a post in a while now, but recently I have entered myself into a model training class and I knew I wanted to gert in tip top shape, and get my skin up to par with the most beautiful models there are out there already in teh field! I wanted to let you in on some little tips and things that I have done or researched... First and foremost, to get my skin clear I use Burts Bees Willow Bark oil.
It's great because it targets the acne pimples and dries them out in literally 2 days of use. You just wash your face with a cleanser and then take a cotton ball and just wipe over your face/neck.
The next product that I use for my cleanser...my everyday wash is the Facial cleanser from Alba and its packed with pineapple enzymes <3

 Alongside with using these two products which are reasonably priced and easy to find in any stores, I also take my multi-vitamins and an extra Vitamin C pill. Vitamins are very helpful in adding some extra nutrients to your diet if your not getting it from food. Vitamin A, C, and E are very important in healthy skin and health and also Rosehip Oil is great to put on your face after washing it. Take your Vitamins!!

Now we all know we can't just eat healthy without a good amount of excercise each day! Try new workouts to make it fun... the two things that I do now is basically simple, running, minor lifting, crunches/leg lifts, squats/thigh master :) my fav  but seriously it's very important to stay healthy, and not onlly does it help your body, but it's proven that if you work out your skin gets way healthy from the blood circulation.


Eat your Fruits and Vegetables!

I had done some research on one of my favorite models, Victoria's Secret Model Miranda Kerr <3 She lives an Organic lifestyle with her crazy schedule. I found out that she has come up with her own organic skincare line called KORA ORGANICS! Check this video out... i just became a member..now you should too!!!




So I hope you enjoyed my rant, and seriously try some of these helpful tips out! Go to your local markets and always buy fresh foods, take care of your skin, drink lots of water, and excercise! Moisturize your skin with something I do and thats honey and sugar mixed together, the honey moisturizes while the sugar is a natural exfoliater.
